The Wild GeeseRide To Eat June 2006

The first of a ongoing series of Far Rides was completed on 17th June 2006.
This one was a Ride to Eat with Moree NSW as the destination.
11 bikes did the ride 3 of them with pillions. Everyone doing their own ride but some met up along the way.
Temps were as low as -5 but everyone enjoyed themselves and were pleased they had taken my challenge.
Bikes included: 3 Goldwings, 2 GTR's, 2 FJR1300's, Ducati ST3S, VFR800, ZX10R, ZX9R. Furthest rider from Rockhampton, but others from Brisbane, Nerang, Sydney, Coffs Harbour and myself from Cooroy. Everyone did in excess of the required 1000k day, most with 1100+ and Tom from Rocky with a 2100 in 34hrs (1700 within the 24hrs for his second IBA ride)
