WILD GEESE ANYSUNDAY RIDE / RIDE CALENDAR
As most will know, the Wild Geese is a MOTORCYCLE CLUB with loose rules, (Well none actually).
Our local rides have usually set off from a local cafe at 0900 ("here to ride not to socialise") and over the past 9 YEARS the Geese have had at least 6 different venues to meet and even more where the Annual Geese Gig has been held.
Over time there has been a creeping shift to socialise more than ride and although this is also good, it has begun to detract from what we are really all about.
That is, to Gather, Chatter & more importantly, Flock Off.
There will be some who like to meet, eat, drink & talk for a while, sometimes longer, and perhaps ride off for a bit then go home. Knock yourselves out. Remember, nothing is set in concrete.
Then there are others who, only being able to ride once or twice in a week, really want to get out on the roads to somewhere & feel the wind in their hair (for those that have it).
To that end, The Riding Geese, for the short term, intend to meet Opposite the Eumundi Post Office 0830 - 0900 under The Flocking Fig Tree, to ride for coffee somewhere else, and a further destination for the day.
This "LOOSE" plan is subject to change as the members see fit. So, fuel your bike before you get there (that means you two, Ozzie & Rob) & be ready to ride.
